Safety Information
For environmental reasons, the organizers do not provide drinking cups at the refreshment points or at the checkpoints. Therefore, as stated in the mandatory equipment, you must carry your own drinking cup. We would like to point out that every participant must carry enough water.
In the event of a race interruption, each participant is responsible for their own transportation back to the start/finish area or to their accommodation. Likewise, each participant is obliged to inform the race management by SMS at the telephone number +43 676 9523366 provided by the organizer in the event of a race interruption. Emergencies must be reported immediately by telephone on the same number. The organizer will inform the responsible mountain rescue service.
The entire organizer team, mountain guides, legal bodies, doctors and paramedics, marshals and supervisors of the livepoints/refreshment points must be obeyed. If the organizer determines a questionable state of health by medical staff or final runners, the participant may be removed from the race. We would also like to point out that all participants are obliged to provide first aid!
Participants under the age of 18 are not permitted to start!

Own Food & Disqualification
Own food:
Gels and bars must be labeled with your own start number. The labeling of the food you have brought with you will be checked at the equipment check. The organizer will provide labeling material at the equipment check. Salt tablets, amino acid tablets and trailrunning poles are optional. Trailrunning poles must be carried from the start to the finish.
THE MANDATORY EQUIPMENT WILL BE CHECKED AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE START AREA!
Disqualification:
Unsportsmanlike behaviour and any form of support at refreshment stations or on the course will lead to immediate disqualification! Furthermore, all participants are subject to assistance!
-
Course Marking, Safety, Liability
The trail route is marked by an experienced and competent marking team with chalk spray, signs, ribbons and flags. However, there is no claim to continuous marking of the route, which would make your own orientation in alpine terrain superfluous. Especially after dark, during heavy rainfall, snowfall or other unfavorable weather conditions, the markings may disappear, be covered or not recognizable in time, which is why each participant must carry the route map with them.
In addition, the organizer will make the GPS file of the route available for download. It is mandatory to carry a GPS device or a cell phone with the respective GPX file for orientation.
The organizer cannot exclude the possibility of (wilful) removal of the markings by third parties! Immediately after the time limit has expired, the course markings will be removed in sections by the final runners. The course is therefore no longer marked after the time limit has expired.
Attention: The rescue costs in the event of accidents and emergencies are not borne by the organizer, landowner, etc. and must be paid by the accident victim. Insurance for mountain accidents is therefore strongly recommended. The declaration of consent to cover the rescue costs is included in the registration form.
Attention: Trailrunning events take place in nature, lead through nature reserves and along existing paths, trails, gravel roads, forest roads and public and private roads. The road traffic regulations must be observed and you must run on the left in oncoming traffic. Order must be maintained when crossing public paths and private property. In case of unfair behavior towards other participants, refusal to help other participants in need and contamination of nature, immediate disqualification by the organizer is to be expected. All participants and spectators agree to the site and house rules when entering the event site. The site and house rules as well as the disclaimer can be found on our homepage.
